Over the years, the NC CEO Forum has maintained a strong commitment to giving back. With less than two weeks to go until the Forum, we’d like to take some time today to spotlight our featured nonprofit Teen Cancer America.

Teen Cancer Americais a branch of the Teenage Cancer Trust, a successful initiative that began in the UK and was brought to Americatohelp teens fighting cancer in the States.

Founded by Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey of The Who, Teen Cancer Americais dedicated to making hospital cancer centers as enjoyable as possible for teenagers and young adults who are undergoing treatments. Teen Cancer Americaworks with hospitals and healthcare professionals to bridge the gap between pediatric and adult oncology care. The nonprofit aims to educate and support hospitals and outpatient facilities in the development of specialized units for this age group. Check out this video to learn more.

We arehonored to support this incredible charity. The auctions at The Pavilions at The Angus Barn following the NC CEO Forum will help fund the creation of more specialized hospital units along the East Coast.

Attendees are encouraged to bid on several incredible prizes, including a seven-night stay in Los Cabos, a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Tuscany, and a trip to Napa Valleyto name a few.There will also be several legendary sports memorabilia items up for auction, such as signed jerseys, signed basketballs, boxing gloves worn by world-renowned athletes and much more. Net proceeds from all prizes will benefit the life changing work Teen Cancer America is doing every day.
